How to locate a saved shopping cart?
From the «Home» page, lower area.
If I am processing an order or saved basket, is the stock reserved?
No, stock is only reserved when you send us the Order.
How to select the delivery address?
You can choose one of the saved addresses or edit a new one.
Which method of delivery of the Order to choose?
You can choose the option you prefer among those available depending on the destination address. You must also indicate if you want to receive the complete Order in the event that we do not have stock of any line.
How will I pay for my order?
You will pay as usual. If you occasionally want another form of payment, you must contact your salesperson.
What happens to my order if I close the website?
Your Order will be in the system the next time you connect.
Has GOP Iberia received my Order?
When you send your order you will receive an email, if you do not receive it, make sure that if your order had to be authorized by the Supervisor, it has been done so.
Can I add lines to an order already shipped?
It is possible to add lines up to the cut-off time of the agency chosen in the order.
Can I cancel a shipped order?
To cancel your Order, contact us as soon as possible by phone at 93 245 25 00 or by email comercial@gopiberia.es. If your order has already left our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible. In that case, to return the material you must request an RMA.
What if I haven’t received what I ordered?
You must send us an email to comercial@gopiberia.es a copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the incident.
What to do to return the product?
You can request an RMA by email to: rma@gopiberia.es Once we receive your request, we will send you authorization and instructions to return the product.
