1. Customer Registration or Data Modification

All our products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT, taxes, or other additional charges.

3. Payment

We accept several payment methods: prepayment with discount and direct debit payment with prior authorization from our Financial Department.

4. Shipment

We offer pickup from our warehouse, standard shipping and same-day delivery, with tracking options available so you can track your order at any time. You can expand this information on our Services page.

5. Reception of Merchandise

It is really important to report any incident on the transport note upon receiving the order, as well as notify any problem by email within a maximum period of 48 hours.

6. Returns and Guarantees

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to complete the return process. Merchandise must be returned in good condition or with evidence of defects to expedite the process. All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers and some require dealing directly with the end customer for the guarantee.

8. Issuance of Orders through the Web

The Client is responsible for the security of their access codes. Orders placed through the website are binding.
